Why are there limits on the sizes of windows I can purchase?
All Survivor Windows II are AAMA Certified to structural performance requirements for the best safety and operation.

Why does it take extra time for tempered glass/shapes/patio doors?
These products require special glass processing that add extra lead time of one week.

What if I need parts for my window? (locks, keepers, balances…etc.)
You simply need to contact us directly and we will be able to help you get any replacement parts you need.

How long does it normally take to receive my order after I have sent it to you?
From the time the order gets entered, it takes approximately 10 days to get your windows.

How long are Survivor Windows covered under warranty and what does coverage include?
Survivor Windows come complete with a Lifetime Transferable Warranty on Vinyl, a 20-year glass warranty and a 5-year hardware parts warranty.

My window will not stay up. Do I need to order another one? What can I do to fix this problem?
Sometime the balance requires an adjustment. A small Allen screw fixes the constant force balance. Other times, you may just need a balance tool from our parts
department for spiral balances. Most of the time, that will correct the issue. If that does not work we may need to have a tech come to your site to take a look at it.

How long are Survivor windows covered under warranty and what does coverage include?
Survivor Windows II Windows come complete with a limited 20-year warranty that includes replacement for seal failure, stress cracks and frame cracks.

What do I need to send you to receive my window replacement at no charge?
You must supply the reason for your claim and have the following to enter your claim:
1. A copy of the window sticker, which can be found on the sash or window frame.
2. A copy of an original receipt or an original purchase order # that matches the window you are looking to have replaced.
